Ida grew up in Ängelholm and later moved to Gothenburg where she studied physical education and physiotherapy at university. She is currently studying at Linnaeus University, in order to also complete her master’s degree in physical education.

What’s the first question you ask a physical education student? No, not: “Where are the best parties?” OK, maybe also that. However, what was actually meant was: “What’s your sport?” Ida danced for 15 years: jazz, ballet and street. So it’s high time for a dance battle against Glausi. And if he’s unsuccessful, Ida can give him dance lessons right away. After all, she was a dance teacher for many years – but also a fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Today, however, she spends most of her time in the water. Or in Sweden’s beautiful forests as she loves crawling and jogging. Or a combination of the two called swimruns – a hugely popular sport in Sweden.

What’s Ida’s biggest weakness? Animals. You are most welcome to strike up a conversation with her, but as soon as a cat walks across the street, she will stop listening to you. After all, she prefers to hang around with animals rather than humans – her cat Lucia is her favourite companion. So it’s actually astonishing that she wants to teach physical education... you have to interact with people, don’t you?

Do you know what a “Göteborgsvits” is? You got it – a Gothenburg joke. And one of them is Ida’s favourite joke. We will spare ourselves the explanation. And only let the Swedes laugh here.
