How does it work?
We'll show you here.

WLAN

This is what you need:

  • Your personal Sensopro admin password.
    Not available? You can find it on your delivery note or write to us here.
  • Your WLAN password.
  • In the best case only 3 minutes.

Modifier les paramètres des cookies
  1. Start your Sensopro Luna.
  2. In the category view, tap on ‘Information’ at the bottom (or 5-6 times in the top right corner for older versions), then on ‘Support’.
  3. Enter your admin password.
  4. Select your WLAN via ‘Network’ and confirm with your WLAN password.
  5. Select ‘Connect’. The message ‘Successfully connected’ appears.

You did it!

LAN

This is what you need:

  • LAN connection with Internet near the device.
  • LAN cable.
    Can be found for approx. 20 euros in electrical stores or online.
  • In the best case only 3 minutes.
LAN Kabel klein
  1. Connect the LAN cable to the appropriate outlet in your building or directly to a WLAN router.
  2. Guide the cable via the Sensopro housing to the back of the screen and plug it in.
  3. If you have a working internet connection, your Sensopro Luna is now successfully connected.

IT DOESN'T WORK YET?

  • Check whether you have entered the password correctly.
  • Have you selected the correct WLAN? Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the correct Wi-Fi.
  • Does your screen look different? You can access the support menu in older versions by tapping 5-6 times in the blue corner at the top right. Then select ‘Support’.

  2. Some updates require the Sensopro Luna to be restarted.
    So restart the device once.
