My screen is frozen – what should I do?

You can easily fix the problem yourself:

  1. Click on "Information" on your screen. And then "Support" at the bottom center.
  2. Now enter the admin password that you received when you purchased the device.
    Can't find the password? Then write a quick email to: support@sensopro.swiss
  3. Now you can click on "Software update" on the left. And then select "Check & Download Files".
  4. Now test for 1-2 days to see if it works better. And if not, get in touch with us.
