Join our team as a Sales Back-Office Specialist!
You’ll be the key contact for our Sales reps and ensure smooth operations across sales and order fulfillment processes.

YOU

  • Have a talent for understanding and fulfilling requests.
  • Are well organized and structured.
  • Are comfortable prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing demands.
  • Are aligned with the Sensopro values.
  • Can work 24-40 hours per week, starting ASAP.

YOU DO

Sales back office

  • First point of contact for all sales reps.
  • Supporting the sales reps in their daily work.
  • Maintain the CRM system (process customer data).
  • Coordinate sales requirements and wishes with marketing and innovation team.
  • Organize Events.
  • Support management.

Order fulfillment

  • Sales contract management.
  • Invoicing.
  • Manage inbound calls.
  • Planning of installations and shipments to the customers.
  • Purchase planning intercompany.
  • Stock management.
