Fabian never wanted to sit still and do nothing. He was very active. So he went outside and got moving - by putting his skis on every day during winter.

Engelberg is like a giant playground for Fabian. Skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. The possibilities are endless.

«Ups and downs are part of sport.»

Fabian has had his share of ups and downs during his career. The highlights were the two world championship golds - one in slopestyle and one in big air.

His lows have taken the form of injuries, for example a broken collarbone or torn meniscus. But it takes more than that to stop Fabian.

The first time he tried out the Luna, Fabian went straight for the hardest balancing exercises. And as he struggled to keep his balance, he realised there was a lot of work to do.

The training now benefits him mainly as preparation for his strength work. Although it also played a big role in his rehab following the meniscus operation.

How is the Luna different to Fabian’s other training equipment?
«The difference is definitely in being able to combine different things: strength, coordination and balance. You can't do that with other devices.»

«It was the perfect device to get my balance back and start working on my muscles.»
