How much space does the Sensopro Luna require?

No more than a normal treadmill. To get the maximum benefit from the Sensopro in your training room, we recommend 5 to 6m^2.

How can the Sensopro Luna be integrated into an existing training concept?

My screen is frozen – what should I do?

You can easily fix the problem yourself:

  1. Click on "Information" on your screen. 
  2. And then "Support" at the bottom center.
  3. Now enter the admin password that you received when you purchased the device.
    Can't find the password? Then write a quick email to: support@sensopro.swiss
  4. Now you can click on "Software update" on the left. 
  5. And then select "Check & Download Files".

As soon as your Luna is ready, test the videos and the improvement should be noticeable immediately.

I would like to connect my Luna to another W-LAN network.

You can easily fix the problem yourself:

  1. Click on “Information” at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Then “Support” at the bottom center.
  3. Now you need your admin password. You received this when you purchased the device.
    Can't find the password? Then send a quick email to: support@sensopro.swiss
  4. Click on “Networks” on the left.
  5. Connect to your new network at the top right.

If you receive the message “successfully connected”, everything is fine.
If not, check again that your password has been entered correctly.

It lights up when I switch on the screen, but it stays black. What can I do?

You can easily fix the problem yourself:

  1. Disconnect the screen completely from the power supply.
  2. Do not plug it in overnight so that the Luna can cool down.
  3. Test the next day to see if there is a change.
  4. If not, use a different socket.

What is the Challenger?

The Challenger makes coordination measurable.

Once a month. Two minutes.
That’s all it takes to get your coordination score.
No wearables. No noise.
Just a short test that listens to how you move.

What are the technical requirements?

Hardware requirements:

  • You have a Luna Fitness with a black touchscreen.
    We also need an additional power outlet near the Luna and, most importantly, a stable internet connection (preferably LAN).

Software requirements:

  • The Videokit Revolution must be installed on your touchscreen.
  • To store scores, you need a Hub account, RFID technology such as cards or wristbands to identify your members, and a compatible RFID reader.

What is included in the scope of delivery?

  • New tapes in your desired color with Moon-Motion technology, which we will install at your location.
  • The sensor system with 4 sensors including a computer unit, LAN cable connection from the computer unit to the video kit, and a power supply plug.
  • If you do not already have RFID technology: 10 cards and a reader.

How is the Challenger installed and maintained?

The Sensopro installation team will install the Challenger and perform the initial calibration. 
You only need to repeat the calibration in the following cases:  

  • The Sensopro Luna has been moved 
  • One or both tapes have been replaced 
  • One or more sensors on the tape have been replaced 
  • The sensor cables have been disconnected and reconnected 

You can find the calibration instructions in your Luna manual. 

Will there be additional features or interfaces for the Challenger in the future?

Absolutely! We are working hard to regularly develop new Challenger features for you.  
All new features are included in the membership and are installed automatically.
