What is the Challenger?

The sensor measuring system for your Luna Fitness. 
4 sensors measure the movements of the tapes.

How stable is your one-leg stance? 
How fast is your sprint? 
Coordination is finally measurable. 
With 4 self-explanatory tests on the video kit, in the “Challenger” category.

Your customers can choose the challenge and difficulty level themselves. 
Determine their coordination score. 
And analyze their movements.

What are the technical requirements?

Hardware requirements:

  • You have a Luna Fitness with a black touchscreen.
    If you still have a screen with buttons, we will be happy to make you an individual offer for the Challenger including touchscreen. 
    Installation is not yet possible for a Luna Physio (with a white touchscreen), as the Challenger is not a certified medical device according to MDR.
  • We also need a normal power socket near the Luna.

Software requirements:

  • You need the Videokit Revolution on your touchscreen. 
    If your Luna is still using the old video world, you can buy the video kit revolution in the Sensopro Shop.
  • And: A stable internet connection is required. 

What is included in the scope of delivery?

  • New tapes with our brand new bungee system, which we install on your premises.
  • The sensor system with 4 sensors including computer unit, LAN cable connection from the computer unit to the video kit and a power supply plug. 

How is the Challenger installed and maintained?

The installation of the Challenger and the first calibration are carried out by the Sensopro installation team. 
You only need to repeat the calibration in the following cases:  

  • The Sensopro Luna has been moved  
  • One or both tapes have been replaced  
  • One or more sensors have been replaced on the tape  
  • The sensor cables have been disconnected and reconnected  

You can find the calibration instructions in your Luna manual. 

Why is the Challenger only available on a subscription basis?

We want to get better and better.
And so does the Challenger. 
That's why we're working flat out to develop new functions and challenges that will be automatically available to you for the next 3 years as part of your subscription.
So you are always up to date.

We also guarantee the functionality of the Challenger in your subscription and replace tapes and bungees free of charge during the subscription period.
After 3 years, you decide whether the Challenger and our new developments have convinced you.
Your subscription will be extended for a further year. 
You can easily cancel your subscription annually after the minimum term.
