Simon Storm is the Head of Physio and Athletics at FC St. Gallen.

He knows that footballers need to train hard to play at the top level these days.
«Football is getting faster, the players are getting faster.»

Young, quick, dynamic players are coming up earlier and earlier. So the current team needs to put the work in to keep up.

«Of course, you take great pride when you win a game at the weekend and then look at the data and see that you put in an outstanding performance across so many different levels.»

The players do a wide range of training. The team wants to improve every area of their game and push themselves on.

«One thing we really do well here is creating a very calm and healthy environment where we can all work together.» For Storm, it seems to be important to have a positive and friendly working atmosphere with the players. And that is key to making progress.

The players get together before each training session. Each one doing their own exercises, following their own routine. «And some players really do get on the Sensopro every day.» The Luna Fitness has become part of the team at FC St. Gallen. Not only for the pre-warmups, but also during injury rehabilitation.

The Luna Fitness is part of all of the routines the players need, and they get a lot of use out of it. As much as a footballer’s activities vary day-to-day, routines are still very much a part of their lives.

The Luna Fitness will continue to accompany FC St. Gallen on its road to success.
