Parkinson’s has changed Frank Elstner’s life.

Frank Elstner suddenly discovered that he has Parkinson’s. Nevertheless, he quickly found the right training to prepare himself for the disease. Since then, he has been consistently training and is always motivated by his progress.

Four times a week, he trains for 10 minutes on the Luna.
This gives him exactly the stability he lacks due to the disease.

Frank Elstner notices through the training that he is becoming more stable. In addition, it only takes a little time and still produces great results.

The muscular, coordinative training is three-dimensional, for legs, arms and trunk in combination. As a result, Marc Hohmann was able to quickly and clearly detect a change in Frank’s ability to coordinate muscles and also draw up strength.

Due to the regular training and his great ambition, Frank Elstner is in a super condition, both physically and mentally.
That is why he continues to set himself great goals - «What I would like to experience again is that, in addition to Nordic Walking, I can at some point do without the poles and jog again.»
