Hey! I’m the Luna Physio.
The best way to describe me is probably as a structured rehab device with a chronic desire to help people.

After your rehabilitation programme is complete, I can continue supporting you if you want to carry on improving your coordination and fitness.

You’ll find me at physiotherapist’s offices and medical practices.

YOUR TRAINING

When you first meet me, you’ll probably be rehabbing an injury.
Like an orthopaedic problem, for example.
Or a neurological illness.

Your physio knows exactly what you need.
To make their day-to-day life easier, we’ve put their basic physio exercises into our training programmes.
Your first sessions will be gentle and super easy.

Then we’ll turn up the intensity and work on increasing your daily strains and loads.
We offer a solution for almost every kind of rehab.
Upper and lower extremities.
Core strength or gait training.
Or «Return to Sport» after a sporting injury.

You have your own individual story.
We have the training to match.

You’re going to love my training videos.
Because they show you exactly what to do.

Our models do the movements first.
And you just follow along.
The first time, your physio will be there with you.
They’ll explain to you in just a few minutes how to do it right.

Then you’ll be able to work on your own.
While you’re rehabbing, your physio will recommend the right programme for you.

But as soon as you’re healthy, you can pick the session that suits you best.
Maybe you want to work on your balance.
Do some exercises to stabilise your knee.
Some core training to help you run faster.
Or a super intense HIIT class.

I AM MEDICALLY CERTIFIED

My team at Sensopro are ever so typically Swiss: 
quality always comes first!

So there was only one solution for me:
I had to become a medically certified training device.
