Four times a week, he trains for 10 minutes on the Luna.
This gives him exactly the stability he lacks due to the disease.

«Sport in general must be fun. Otherwise, there is no point.»
- André Inthorn, sports scientist and managing director of Baden Health GbR

Due to the regular training and his great ambition, Frank Elstner is in a super condition, both physically and mentally.
That is why he continues to set himself great goals - «What I would like to experience again is that, in addition to Nordic Walking, I can at some point do without the poles and jog again.»

«I would certainly not recommend anything to anyone that I am not convinced of.»
