Valeria Siegenthaler

Valeria comes from a place called Schangnau.
A place where there are more cows than people.
Today, however, she lives in Bern, where she enjoys life in the big city.

Despite the big city, Valeria always likes to escape into nature.
Her favourite thing to do is spend time in the mountains snowboarding.
Or a few weeks a year in the ice channel for bobsleighing.
Her statement: ‘Speed and adrenaline? Bring it on!’

Something Valeria doesn't need the outdoors for is CrossFit.
That's where she really lets off steam.
And proves herself in various competitions.

Her biggest challenge?
Just chilling out for a day.
Valeria just can't get it together.
