Leander underwent surgery relatively quickly after the accident and was then able to start therapy.
At the beginning, he was only allowed to bear full weight in full extension. And so he started training on the Luna. Although Leander was skeptical at first, he finally ventured onto the Luna's wobbly tapes.

«It helped me a lot straight away and gave me confidence.»

The Luna strengthens Leander's coordination. It also gives him back confidence in his knee because he is constantly being challenged. The exercises are very varied and require stability throughout the body. Since he has been training on the Luna, not only has his knee stability improved, but his core has also become stronger than ever before.

«The Luna has made me feel better about my body again.»
It is particularly important for Leander to keep going. Even if he doesn't feel any change for two weeks, he keeps at it because he knows he's making progress. Sometimes the results only become visible again after a month. But then you realize how much progress you've made in that time.
