Sport is one of the most important parts of Manuel’s life. He’s interested in a huge range of activities and would never voluntarily turn down the opportunity to pursue one of them.

When his cruciate ligament ruptured, it was clear that he would need surgery. He wanted to get back to full fitness as quickly as possible, play football, ride his bike, hike and play tennis.

Right from the start, he had a goal – get his fitness back to the level it was at before the rupture.

«The cage might not be pretty, but it really helped me. My rehabilitation took around a year, and since then I've been able to do everything I want to do.»

It was during a physiotherapy session that Manuel first came across the Luna Physio. The exercises on the moving tapes helped him to gain back his stability.

The Luna Physio was a constant companion throughout his rehabilitation journey and, as he says: «it really helped».

After a year of rehab and a great deal of patience, Manuel is back on the pitch, on his bike, in the mountains and on the court. «I’m back to doing everything, and all with no limitations.»

Manuel’s life goal is to carry on this active lifestyle until he is 80. And he has plenty planned to fill those years ahead.
