Just before the installation is complete, simply call us on +41 31 382 52 10 and dial 2.
We will then discuss what it takes to get the Luna back online!

STEP 1: HOW TO INSTALL THE REVOLUTION

REQUIRED UTENSILS

  • USB stick from Sensopro
  • External keyboard with USB port

PROCEDURE FOR INSTALLATION WITH THE USB STICK

  1. Remove the LAN cable if the Luna is connected to the Internet with a LAN cable.
    Is your Luna connected to Wi-Fi? Then you don’t need to do anything.
  2. Turn off the Luna.
  3. Connect the USB stick to the back of the touchscreen, preferably where you see lots of blue inputs.
  4. You can also plug in your USB keyboard there.
  5. Turn on the touchscreen and immediately press F11 on your keyboard quickly and often until a blue window appears.
    ATTENTION: If you come into a white window, it has not worked and you have to start over. Your keyboard may still have an FN key at the bottom left, which you have to hold down while you press F11.
  6. Select “…Sensopro.. Partition 2” in the blue window and press Enter.
  7. As soon as you enter the “Ventoy” window, you only need to press Enter 3 times slowly.
  8. Now the screen should go black and a lot of white text should move from bottom to top, this is the installation.
  9. Once the installation is complete, the screen switches off. Now the USB stick and keyboard can be unplugged.
  10. The screen can now be started and the training can begin – don’t forget to give us a quick call to reconnect to the Internet.

CAUTION

Please contact us for an Internet connection.
Even if you have a LAN cable.
Do not connect to the Internet yourself!
