Moritz is the new guy in the apprentice game. He comes from Wimmis. Yes, you heard that right. The same village that also shaped Kaspar. And just like Kaspar, Moritz wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Mission accomplished.
First, he ended up in Langnau. Not because it’s such an incredibly beautiful place, though. He moved there to play U21 elite ice hockey. He’s been on the ice for over 14 years. So basically since he could walk. According to Moritz, ice hockey is his passion. Golf is just the hobby.
Now, the next chapter has begun. Moritz has joined RoKi hockey club in Rovaniemi and will be living in Sweden until spring 2027. Train, play, improve. Sounds pretty much like his plan. His commercial apprenticeship at Sensopro continues anyway. Just with a little more distance than usual. We have no doubt he’ll make it work.
Because anyone who thinks Moritz is still green behind the ears because of his young age clearly doesn’t know him. The guy has drive and definitely more ambition than some people with a coffee in their hand.
