Sandra Briggen

Sandra grew up in Affoltern in the Emme Valley. Along with several cows. And a few more inhabitants. After Affoltern, Sändi moved over to Langnau in the Emme Valley. Eventually, however, she bid farewell to the cow pasture and paid a visit to the Ostermundigen ghetto. Sometimes it just takes a change of scenery.

She completed a commercial apprenticeship in Sumiswald and has now joined our administration team. Anyone who knows our admin team now assumes that Sandra plays volleyball. But that’s not how it is. Just for a change, it wasn’t Rita who brought Sändi on board. This time it was Nik. And Sändi plays floorball, at UH Lejon Zäziwil Swiss League. Her biggest success was the first Superfinal entry with the UHV Scorpion Emme Valley Zollbrück. In addition to floorball, Sändi also likes to ski and play football. But not on the volleyball field.

By the way, Sändi is not only extremely talented at floorball. She won a SpeedStack tournament in Bern at the age of 11. If you don’t know what that is, Google can help. Amazingly, she won this tournament – which is extremely challenging as regards coordination – without any Luna or Casa training. How good would she be today…

If you’d like a poster of Tristan Scherwey (you can google him too), just ask Sändi or Nik. Two great fans found each other.
