Chris Fast. The name itself already comes with quite a bit of pressure. Luckily, he lives up to it. Road cycling, fitness, tennis, football, running. He’s even completed a marathon. How fast Fast actually was? Unfortunately, that information was withheld from us. So whether he’s constantly on the move because of his last name or whether the name simply became the programme at some point? Hard to say.
Chris isn’t always quite so «fast», though. He can fall asleep anywhere. Literally anywhere. Apparently, even Chris Fast needs a pretty quick shutdown every now and then.
In football, he used to stand between the posts for SV Zimmern. These days, he’s more likely to watch the ball than dive after it himself. But sport clearly hasn’t let go of him completely.
Things get a little more complicated when it comes to left and right. Chris is left-handed. But only when writing. Everything else he does with his right hand. Why keep things simple when you can take the complicated route?
And when neither sport nor sleep is on the agenda, coffee and pizza are a must.
