Raphi comes from Hohenau an der March. And no, that’s not in Switzerland. It’s in Lower Austria.
These days, Raphael lives in Fribourg. The Swiss Fribourg, that is.
He completed his training as an electronics technician specialising in information and telecommunications technology and now makes sure that our customers at Sensopro don’t just get answers, but solutions too. In Customer Care, he’s the first point of contact for all kinds of questions and concerns. Staying calm comes pretty naturally to him. Maybe it helps that he once competed at the Pokémon Trading Card Game World Championships. So far, nobody else at Sensopro can claim that.
Besides gaming, Raphael also plays instruments. Drums, for example. He’s also a pretty gifted table tennis player and has already challenged everyone in Münsingen. Even Glausi. Who won? We’ll let you guess.
Something else Raphael is pretty good at? Cooking. Or baking. He proved that on his very first day at work with a seriously delicious marble cake.
Raphi describes himself as a gentle soul. But you know what? He listens to metal. Heavy metal. Maybe we need to redefine what “gentle” means...
