The founders are Alexander Burkardt and Florian Fetscherin who both have more than two decades of experience in new business development and project management, including 16 years in Russia. Four years ago Dimitrij Tonet, another Swiss manager, joined the company to expand the management team. With their integrative partnership approach, they have successfully helped Swiss and German companies from different sectors such as healthcare, luxury products, fitness equipment and consumer goods to enter the market, as well as securing financing for industrial projects in Russia through Western banks.

Thanks to their experience, their long-standing presence in the Russian market and their customer-oriented approach, the founders are able to offer their clients tailor-made approaches and solutions.
